New forum layout

Hello Nirunians,

We're currently undergoing some changes on the forum that we're hoping will make things much easier for members interested in participating. First, we've used subforums to compress the layout of the forum index, we're hoping with this cleaner layout the important things will be easier to find. Secondly we've added the new area called the Project Focus Forum.

The project focus forum is where we'll be collecting all the info relating to the most important areas of our project where your help is needed! We're currently working on the Karthor Minor region, and all other contributions (while still interesting and welcome) should be considered off topic.
